After making an order through our website you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Email notification should contain following information:
• the name of chosen product/products (information about color and size of the item, number and placement of charms, etc.);
• information about engraving method and placement;
• the color of gift wrap;
• number and date of your order;
• contact to one of our managers.
We start processing your order after credit card authorization and receiving payment. If needed, one of our managers will contact you in order to clarify details related to your order.
We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. To track your order follow the link we send you in this email.
Messengers and Instagram direct orders
We would like to inform, that you are able to place an order through social media portals such as Facebook or Instagram. In this case, you can have a complete support of our manager. After choosing an item, you will receive a screenshot of this item and all following details in direct messages. After credit card authorization and receiving payment, we will start processing your order.
We will send you the link to track your order right after we ship it to you.
With us, you have a unique possibility to design chosen item with your own style. This approach allows us to create truly unique gifts and make your special moments more memorable.
We know how quickly and professionally prepare layouts for your engraving, therefore we do not charge an additional fee for these services.
There are two options, how you can engrave your item:
The first option is to choose one of suggested engraving methods on our website. After confirmation and payment authorization, we will start to create a layout for your item in accordance with your order.
In case some parts are not visible, we reserve the right to correct the layout without significant changes to the original order.
In case of additional changes or clarifying further details, you will be contacted by one of our managers.
The second option is to create your own engraving. After contact with you, we will prepare 3 or 4 different layouts according to your wishes and send them to you in order to get a confirmation. Please note, that in case of this option only 3 additional changes are free of charge.
We provide high quality products, therefore we warrant, the items we produce will meet their specification and will not have any damages or material defects at the time of delivery. We kindly inform, that PENINSULA JEWELRY ATELIER LLC is not responsible for products which has been damager or lost after making a purchase or delivery acceptance.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal.
All our prices are listed in US dollars and you will receive a bill in US dollars. The price on the bill will comply with the prices set out on our website at the time of purchase.
If you make an international order, please note, that bank charges and currency fluctuations may affect original amount.
From time to time we will offer you to take part in special promotions or use a promo code. This will take place according to special events, holidays or as a gift for loyal customers.
By participating in any such promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions:
• we allow only one single usage of such promotional code;
• promotions and special offers cannot be combined with any other discounts at the same time;
• promotional codes can only be applied to full price products;
• promotional codes exclude shipping and gift wrap fees.
In case of refund, we will take into account the discount price.
We reserve the right to:
• cancel promotional offer at any time;
• change these terms and conditions;
• refuse any individual to participate in promotion.
PENINSULA JEWELRY ATELIER LLC reserves the right to further reduce the price of products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.
If you placed an order we cannot make any changes and cancel your order. You have the right to return your products once you have received them. To find out more, see our Return Policy Section.
We reserve the right to cancel your order under two conditions:
• we do not have sufficient stock to fulfill your order;
• the item you have ordered was placed with an incorrect price (due to typographical mistake).
In both cases, we will notify you by email and make a full refund as soon as possible, but within five working days of your order. PENINSULA JEWELRY ATELIER LLC is not obliged to offer any additional compensation.
