RETURN POLICY
We are trying to provide the best service in order to respond to your personal needs. Most of our products are finalized, according to your wishes: bracelets and necklaces are produced manually and can be adjusted to your individual size, numbers of pendants and charms. Also, we provide a large list of products which can be personalized and engraved. We kindly ask you to take this into account before ordering.
However, if you decide to return the item, we will try our best to make this process convenient for you.
If you have questions or want to return a product we ask you to contact us through refund contact form and we will try to satisfy your request in the best way.
Return policy
You can return products within 30 days of the purchase date. The presence of a receipt is required.
Non-refundable items:
• gift cards;
• items shipped internationally;
• damaged items;
• items purchased during a store liquidation sale or final sale.
45% fee charged items:
• engraved items;
• personalized items (according to the individual size of customer).
We kindly inform, that all returns will be inspected by our team before we make a refund. Please allow up to 15 business days (except federal holidays) for your return to be processed. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
