The price for the piece of jewelry includes two-sides engraving and gift wrap, the price changes, if you add cord, chain or additional jewelry elements.

2. CAN I BUY A PIECE OF JEWELRY WITHOUT ENGRAVING?

Yes, you can buy any piece of jewellery without engraving, the price will not change.

3. WHERE DO YOU PRODUCE YOUR JEWELRY?

Our jewelry and materials mainly come from European and Asian factories.

4. CAN I ORDER A PIECE OF JEWELRY WITH MY OWN DESIGN?

Yes, in order to do so, please, use one of those buttons: «add personalisation» or «add engraving», in item features. If you were not able to find one of those, means the item can not be engraved.

5. HOW CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

In order to get a discount, please, check our social media profiles or the website, all discounts and promotional codes will be announced there. We also provide a flexible discount system for our partners or loyal customers.

6. WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DO YOU GIVE FOR GOLD PLATED ITEMS?

Wear resistance of gliding is not as much durable as in case of pure gold, yet we guarantee the highest level quality of our items and materials we use. We give a 3 month warranty for gold plated items, and guaranty the replacement of the item that will meet any physical damages (which will not be caused by inappropriate usage) during this time.

8. WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX BUYING YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, additional amount imposed by your state will be automatically added to your total amount in the final bill. Tax regulation may vary depending on state policy.

9. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, in order to ship your item out of the U.S., please, write the correct address and chose the «international» button in the shipping options. Please, take into account that Peninsula Jewelry Atelier is not responsible for additional tax charges in the country of final destination.

10. MAY I RETURN AN ENGRAVED ITEM?

No, engraved item cannot be returned.

11. CAN YOU MAKE AN ENGRAVING ON THE ITEM I ALREADY HAVE?

No, we make an engraving only on the items which are available in our store.
